We are very sorry to announce that NOGA will not be hosting its traditional Discovery Camp program at Adelphi University this summer

The campus at Adelphi is undergoing enormous reconstruction again this summer and therefore would not be able to house the Discovery program.

The safety of our campers was as ever our first concern and the NOGA staff did not feel secure in having campers on site while such substantial construction stretching over a large portion of the campus would be taking place

We do understand that many of you rely on Discovery Camp for your child's summer child care needs and so we sadly decided that it was best not to extend this search any further and keep you waiting. This will allow the many wonderful families that have attended the program in the past to look at alternative arrangements.

We fully expect the Discovery program to return to the new Adelphi and will keep you informed of those details. We wish all of our Discovery campers a happy summer for 2007 and look forward to seeing you again in 2008.
